For an application for the SNIF Program, call The Franklin County Humane Society, 990-1047 (leave your mailing address), and a volunteer will mail you an application or download an application . Once your application has been received (please allow 10 business days) and approved, a volunteer will contact you and make an appointment. For a list of qualification requirements, visit the FCHS website www.fchsnc.org.
For those who do not qualify for the Humane Society sponsored program, may contact SNAP (Spay & Neuter Assistance Program) for other low cost spay and neuter options. Call for an appointment 783-7627 or visit their website www.snap-nc.org.
